JOR.HAUS accepts the following payment methods for online purchases:

• All major credit cards, as shown at checkout

• PayPal: if you do not have an account yet, you can create one while shopping with us.

Please note that your billing address must match the address on your credit card statement.

Please consider that we have 2 different shipping origins, our prints are shipped from the UK while clothing and
accessories are shipped from the USA or Mexico, therefore, if you place a combined order you will be receiving it divided in two different shipments with 2 different ETA’s. You will also receive 2 different emails confirming your order.

After your order is confirmed
with an email from help@jor.haus you will be able to track your shipments
separately, each part of your order will have its own tracking number.

Prints orders are dispatched within 3-5 days working days.
Thereafter, they should arrive within 1 to 4 days to the UK or Europe, in 2 to
5 days to North America. Other destinations may vary - please allow up to 2
weeks for delivery. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email upon
dispatch. All shipments are made using the most efficient and cost effective
shipping route, via Royal Mail, Deutsche Post, DHL, TNT or UPS.

 All clothing and accessories orders are normally
shipped from USA within 3-5 working days. A signature is required on receipt of
the package, so please make sure someone will be in to receive it.

JOR.HAUS is not responsible
for any delay that results from an incorrect address, holidays or by incidents
beyond our control. 

Processing Time vs Shipping Time

Please note that processing
time (1-3 business days) is different from shipping time and should be added to
the total delivery time. Orders generally take 1-3 business days to be fully
processed (checked, packed, forwarded to logistics and sent forth to the post
office).

JOR.HAUS uses a universal sizing system that aims to provide a unique reference for all countries. You can easily spot the best size for you by referring to our Size Guide.

The Size Guide is conveniently available on the page of each product.

Once you place your order online, you will receive an email with your order confirmation. Another email with the tracking number will be sent to you once your order is shipped so you can track it all the way.

Select and add to the cart the products you want to buy. At checkout enter the gift card number in the discount coupon box. Click on apply and continue with the checkout process.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at help@jor.haus  If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Any item sent back without communication will not be accepted.
